Get Your Guide (GYG) sought to highlight small tour operators across major cities by showcasing the humans behind the small businesses and demonstrating how GYG empowers businesses through exposure and tools for growth.
The challenge? Capturing authentic stories in diverse environments across five different cities while maintaining a consistent, high-quality production on the fly.
Taylor Jade produced, shot and edited a multi-video series featuring tour experience suppliers across the globe. With a nimble approach, we maintained a strong narrative while reflecting the unique energy of each city and guide.
SANTORINI
Mike Stack, a passionate historian and longtime Berliner, led us through Berlin as we experienced Insider Tour’s historical experience. Mike’s deep connection with Berlin was felt on the tour with his passionate storytelling, before we sat down with him in his community garden for a reflection on the company’s journey. Mike share how Get Your Guide has helped Insider Tour expand since 2011, being the xyz.
Through a mix of dynamic, on-the-ground footage and intimate interviews, our production showcased how technology, data, and a passion for history continue to shape the future of these one-of-a-kind experiences.

Broadway Inbound is where passion for live theater meets seamless access to New York City’s iconic Broadway experiences. To tell their story, Taylor Jade Studios captured Jered Fournier and Malachi Maldonado-Lewis both behind the scenes and in the heart of Times Square by showcasing their journey from performing arts to business management for one of the city’s top theater ticketing companies.
We highlight how their partnership with Get Your Guide has expanded Broadway Inbound’s reach — enhancing marketing efforts to reach global audiences with seamless tech integrations. Our production brings to life the energy, dedication, and love for theater that make Broadway Inbound a leader in NYC’s entertainment industry.
We captured the story of Anthi, the passionate owner of Giorgaros Fishing Tours, as she shared her journey of growing one of Santorini’s first fishing tours into a thriving family business. From documenting their daily fishing excursions to highlighting their commitment to sustainability, Taylor Jade Studios brought an intimate perspective to how this small female-owned business flourished with GYG’s support.
Our production focused on the breathtaking scenery of Santorini’s waters while showcasing how Anthi’s partnership with GYG led to a 70% increase in bookings, allowing her to invest in better facilities and sustainable practices to enhance guest experiences.
BERLIN
Shabby and Slawek are the charismatic founders of Urban Saunters, where they offer intimate and unscripted experiences around London’s best-kept secrets for the most eager adventurers.
We followed them through the vibrant streets, documenting their passion in action and crafting lively group scenes that highlight their energy and enthusiasm. Behind the scenes, we sat down with them to hear how they grew from zero capital to guiding over 20,000 visitors annually, establishing themselves as the “biggest small tour operator in London.” Cityscapes, real tour interactions, and personal reflections showcase how Get Your Guide helped Urban Saunters to scale their business through challenging times.
